Experience: 6+ years in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
Languages: Fluent Spanish, proficient English
Key Responsibilities
- RAR Module Expertise: Configure, maintain, and optimize SAP RAR functionalities in compliance with accounting standards.
- Training Delivery: Lead Spanish-language training sessions and workshops for end users to ensure proper usage of SAP RAR.
- Documentation: Develop training documents, process flows, and quick-reference guides in Spanish.
- Consulting & Implementation: Partner with finance, IT, and business teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate progress and issues effectively in both Spanish and English to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP RAR, revenue recognition processes, and IFRS standards.
- Training Experience: Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly Spanish training materials.
- Soft Skills: Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
