Experience: 6+ years in SAP Customer Service (CS)
Languages: Fluent Spanish, proficient English

Key Responsibilities

  • CS Module Expertise: Configure and support SAP CS processes (service orders, notifications, warranties, returns, etc.).
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver end-user training in Spanish, covering core functionalities of SAP CS.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging training content (handbooks, videos, e-learning modules) in Spanish.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to enhance service management efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with service teams, technical teams, and management to align solutions with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Robust understanding of SAP CS functionality, integration with SD, MM, and PM modules.
  • Training Experience: Track record of conducting interactive training sessions and workshops.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and customer-facing abilities.
