1. Job Summary
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team responsible for managing and supporting the PCS7 application. The PCS7 Support Analyst will handle incident, problem, and change management processes while ensuring smooth application operations and lifecycle management. A key aspect of the role involves effective communication with SMEs, stakeholders, and business users. The ideal candidate must be fluent in French (both verbal and written communication).

- Hourly rate between 55 and 65 Euros.
2. Key Responsibilities
Incident Management (First Line of Support – End-to-End Incident Handling)
- Serve as the first point of contact for incident resolution.
- Manage and track incidents throughout their lifecycle.
- Document knowledge base articles for future incident resolution.
- Monitor application health and ensure system stability.
Problem Management (Proactive & Reactive Issue Resolution)
- Identify, analyze, and resolve problems effectively.
- Create and manage problem tickets.
- Coordinate resolution efforts involving infrastructure, network, database, and product vendors.
Change Management (Implementation & Process Adherence)
- Create and manage change requests.
- Follow up on change activities and coordinate execution.
- Perform change activities such as Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) tests.
Application Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Oversee application patching, including installation and vendor coordination.
- Develop and maintain installation procedures.
- Maintain asset information in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Manage user access (creation, modification, and deactivation).
- Create and update service desk and configuration guides.
3. Job Requirements
Essential Skills:
- Strong expertise in ITSO SME Support and Application Version Upgrades.
- Experience in IT interventions and troubleshooting complex application issues.
- Proven ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with users, stakeholders, and solution providers.
- Deep understanding of GXP and GAMP validation standards.
- Extensive experience in supporting PCS7 applications.
- Strong incident management skills, including first-line support, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in setting up war rooms for critical incidents and ensuring rapid issue resolution.
- Hands-on experience in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) software, preferably PCS7.
- Fluency in French and English (both verbal and written).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Syncade, Delta V, Optimu, and MES systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
