We are looking for four experienced IT professionals to join an existing team as part of a transition and service optimization plan. The selected candidates will work alongside the current team to ensure a seamless business-as-usual operation while gradually enhancing service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic IT support with a focus on white-glove service—ensuring smooth day-to-day operations without expert-level support.
  • Manage and maintain networking systems to ensure stable connectivity and security.
  • Oversee conference room management, ensuring all setups are fully functional and ready for use.
  • Perform routine checks to ensure conference room equipment is properly set up, including:
    • Microphones are working correctly.
    • Cameras are operational and properly positioned.
    • Other AV equipment is tested and ready for meetings or events.
  • Collaborate on ticket analysis and explore AI-driven solutions for service improvement.
  • Support the transition towards a near-shore model by sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support, networking, and/or conference management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven automation and service optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams during a transition period.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability.
